sencheezy Posted July 22, 2014 Author Report Posted July 22, 2014 This is how flat they play in my vehicle. 150.2 at 24hz off of 800 watts a sub. That is impressive. 150 across a huge bandwidth. My two zv3s are similar with much less bandwidth. I may have to buy a pair of these and trade some SPL for bandwidth I'd like to see your thoughts on the change if you do go that route. A lot of people would question the box having to do a lot with the bandwith, which is true. But the results hold true for 2 other DSS Ethos builds I've listened. Grant it, their not "as" flat, but none the less, they still play VERY accurate, more so than my SSA Icon which was my favorite musically sub. Theirs no muddest'ness sound or anything, even with fast past beats like from Exision. Hard to explain. 165db with 237 DC Volts 6 15" SSA Evils 3 HV Taramps T60k @.33 18 XS Power D3400s Add me on SC, FB, IG, and YT @ Sencheezy

And still play that entire band above 150?

And still play that entire band above 150? Yeah but that score was rather low. Dead batteries, no engine on, not peak freq, and no port tuning. It does a 160 sealed on dash. That's with 2 amps at 1.5. And yes, the entire band above 150. As seen in the image below, it did a 150.2 at 24hz with both doors closed, driver window down on one amp at 3 ohms doing about 3,500krms. 165db with 237 DC Volts 6 15" SSA Evils 3 HV Taramps T60k @.33 18 XS Power D3400s Add me on SC, FB, IG, and YT @ Sencheezy
sencheezy Posted July 23, 2014 Author Report Posted July 23, 2014 Sorry for the length, but it's pretty in depth. Demo at the end if you wish to skip the beginning. 165db with 237 DC Volts 6 15" SSA Evils 3 HV Taramps T60k @.33 18 XS Power D3400s Add me on SC, FB, IG, and YT @ Sencheezy
