Cash is tight so I've slowly been picking things up. Here's what i gots SSA Icon 12 Dual 1 ohm (eventually there will be another both ran at a 1 ohm load) Big 3 upgrade 300amp alt by ohio generators (being installed right now) 0 gauge power and ground to the rear Kenwood excelon reciever 6.5 2 ways from Sony on all four doors I still need a good amp that will power 2 Icons at the 1 ohm load And an agm battery under the hood (i do not want any battiers in the trunk Can you guys steer me the right way regarding the agm batt under the hood and an amp to power the icons? Any info much apperciated!!!

Xs power batteries are the way to go. I'm hoping I can find something used around $300-$350. If buying new its gonna be awhile. Will i be ok with a 60-80amp hour agm battery? Not sure how the whole alt + battery thing works together for wattage etc

khinds94 Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 If your running about 2500 watts with a 300 amp alt you should stay around 13s if you just pickup a nice AGM like d3100/d3400 or xp2000/xp3000.
