knightnl Posted July 15, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 15, 2014 here we are again. organised the wiring from the terminal bolts too the subs. marking the inside of the frontplate so it wil sink in later. front plate assembeld and gleud and screwt together front plate in place for last adjustments finished the front plate off with some fake leather ready to mount finished front plate terminals from out the boot. mounted the strutbar laying down the wires finished up the front plate another update soon. knightnl Posted July 16, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 16, 2014 back again finished the subwoofer wiring. made room for the cables threw the deck mocking up port. more holes for cables isolating everything lets get this port done already! making all the power and ground wires front battery exide maxxima 9000 making a fuse box carpet back in place later this week more pictures and @ g2shuck. the install is already playing but need to do a ton of stuff till i am happy with it. knightnl Posted July 20, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 20, 2014 wel last update i got for you guys and girls! this is how far i am right now. layed down alot of cable. made the last power cables finishing wiring behind the radio phoenix gold series rca cable pulling wiring to the back. front end wiring done. subwoofer wiring done. port rounded over. port mounted. wired all the batteries. isolating done. mounted the amps. It looks as though it uses the nuts to create pressure to hold it in place, but looks as though if the box was to flex ouutward the only it currently can with that system it might make a clacking sound when the subs are turned up really high. Am I missing something? Is it expoxied into the sleeve or welded. sorry to bring it up but i thought it might make noise when i saw it. Btw box looks really rigid and im sure its going to rumble!
