loganberry Posted March 24, 2008 Report Posted March 24, 2008 ok so this has happened for a few weeks after i got my amp....and now its happeneing more and more...ill be playin my system hard...and lovin it, but after about 4-5 minutes of playing hard, my bass stops...then after about 20-30 seconds it comes back on and so on...it gets VERY annoying when im really lovin a song or so on...i dont have my gains set that high....my subs get warm, but not enuf to have to shut off....what could be my problem? are all these kenwood amps like this?? i just am gonna have this for another month with my dc's and dont want it to keep doin it thanks logan Quote My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk

jmsonoma03 Posted March 24, 2008 Report Posted March 24, 2008 check the subs to make sure they are not messed up check impedence and carefully push cone in if you hear a scratching sound you voice coiled could be fried causing your amp to go into protection Quote
