How to determine how many amps of an alternator I will need?

Looking to get a high output alternator for my 98 blazer but am wondering how to determine what size of one I should get. Can someone help me out with this?

U need to figure out how big of system are you going to be running and how many batts ru going to run for a battery bank. Lot of factors come into play.basically need more information on what u r trying to accomplish with your system?

Putting in 4 MTX TS5512-44 being ran buy (hopefully) 2 1500 RMS 1-ohm amps. Have 2 batteries already, as I am already running 4 t5512-55 which are half the power of the TS's.
