you should have 3cuft net after everything.

and 20sq in per woofer is ideal.

ok so make sure i've got this right. If i go with a 2 or so net cubic foot box, after i add on port, sub, and bracing displacements it shouldn't be over 3 cubes total correct? And that 20 square inches each? is that for sub or per cubic foot.

using your dimensions... 35.75W X 11T X 25D you've got 4.42 cu.ft.

Build the box that size with the 4 8's along the front of the box with a slot port along the bottom right below them.

The vent should be 34.25W X 1.25T X 18L. That will tune around 37. Divide the center of the vent with a strip of 3/4 for a brace.

That sounds like a winner.

Ok, now i'm confused. First to go with .75 each which adds up to 3 cubic ft, but now you are saying that the 4.42 cubic ft. box would be fine also. Sorry to be a pain, i just don't want to risk this poor fellers subs, if they were mine, i know what i would be doing the box a little differently.

4.42 is before sub@port displacement

TDH FTW !!!
