Tuning Freq And Port Calc's

here is a page about tuning i am more then likely out of my league but i thought high spl was about 47-50 hz is all you needed unless your sub is sold with a re-cone kit then 68 - 70 hz is heard of but am i incorrect on this?

and it seem to work is this correct that it works?

those are both correct as far as i know...
