I have the orion HCCA 10.4 wired at 2 ohms and i have the hifonics brutus 2600 bxi amp powring it probly about 1000 rms or less.

I built orions recommended enclosure for the subs . it was a 1.2 cubic foot box before displacment and it had a port tuned at 42hz. I was disatisfied with the sound and hated the sub. thought it was garbage cause it couldnt hit lows like my acendant audio havoc 15 used to.

got on here did some research and with your guys input i build a 2.4 cubic foot before displacment box with a port tuned at 34hz

I did not add any power to the system and this thing is way louder! hurts my ears now on every song. mirror is completly unusable just drops on first or second note....this was rare with the old box. way happier!! now i realize the subs not that shitty and i am trying to upgrade my electrical asap because my voltage drops to the 11s pretty frequent.

heres the pics. this is my second box .. first one being the small one! i think the second one came out way better looking toohttp://<a href="http://s1125.photobucket.com/user/amtyner402/media/IMG_9774.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1125.photobucket.com/albums/l581/amtyner402/IMG_9774.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo IMG_9774.jpg"/></a>
