Hole for amp is exact width but cut not as tall intentionally to compensate for the void between the amp and panel so when you look in at the amp you can still see most of the amp and none of the empty space. stipek Posted September 24, 2014 Author Report Share Posted September 24, 2014 1/8" hardboard isn't exactly flat so came up with this so the top panel sits flat on top of the back panel....magnets. Attached a strip of wood on the back side of the back panel to epoxy the magnets to, and glued the mating magnets to the top panel. So now when the panel was placed on the top...click....holds it down tight.
