I am only 32 but think every day about what I would really like to do. Had a friend who went to college, finished with a degree. Couldn't find a job in his field. Went to the truck driver school in Salt Lake City (I think it's a big one) Started driving truck over the road.....has been doing it a number of years now, loves it, bought a house, etc.etc. Some people like it man. Also, I came from a family of multiple uncles that were over the road truckers their whole lives and love it to death. Also my dad was a trucker, went to Chicago with him couple times when i was a little kid. (didn't grow up in the same house) thank you sir ... Follow tour dreams man. That's all I can say !!! OP......How long do you stay out on the road before you get back home? also......how did you like the broadband gig. They are always hiring for those slots where I live so i was thinking it might not be work looking into. about two weeks or so over the road. Broadband electronics is a great career ...
