Nikitaaa
just bought a wireless SPL lab from woofersetc.com it came with a gray cord that has a usb on one side and something that looks like a phone hook up on the other. There is no place to plug in either of these on the device: just a circular hole on the side with a metal thing in it. I'm confused. How do I charge this thing? 2007 M/T Honda Civic Coupe EX (4) Sundown Audio X-8's (2) Ampere Audio 3800.1's (3) Stinger SPV-44 Batteries (1) Mechman 240 3:1 Ratio 4th order sealed from the trunkTEAM NWSPLBest termlab scores to date in Honda trunk:151.7db legal (official) IASCA trunk 3 classBest termlab scores to date in my walled Subie:152.9db legal (unofficial) IASCA advanced 2 class155db outlaw
Nikitaaa
Apparently, what has happened is the following- Before, we switched the wireless meter from that charge port to a new normal design that uses the cable you have. Somehow, that meter must have been one of the last bunch sent to us and SPL-Lab didn't know it and supplied the wrong cable with the device. We didn't notice it because these batteries hold charge for long time and tested to work fine before shipment. Never needed to charge before it left. On the other hand, we also do not stock those charge cables anymore so this is what we can do. This is the link to purchase charge cable- http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B007BPQJSY Once purchased, please send us receipt and we will refund you the cost of the cable. ot it figured out. DubNDodge
They have some of the best customer service out there. I was extremely impressed with how they handled my situation. Would plug the charge cord into the unit, let it charge for 2 hours. Still the power light would flash. I thought my batteries were dead because I bought my unit used off of someone. I emailed them and here it was a faulty charging cord. Sent me out a new cord and had it in 3 days.
