audiofanaticz Posted October 29, 2014 Report Posted October 29, 2014 The impedance would be the same, but the actual thiele small parameters of the woofers would be different. Most likely the DVC woofers would have a heavier moving mass, could also have a higher bl, which could lead to a higher sensitivity among other things as well. Depending on the woofer they could be completely different gaps in the magnet all together, which isnt unheard of.
