dscid
With 4v HU running to 7v Clarion EQ, that is in transit, should I be concerned at all? I know some people say it can introduce noise - but is that just due to bad grounding? I also have read that it could overload the inputs of the amp, causing early failure (some day), as well as running them hot, and adding noise? Anything I should be prepared for? SIDE SHOW
as long as you install the amp correctly and set it up with the appropriate gear you should be fine.
Wicks
Look up the max RCA input voltage (~2.5 to 6V) for your amps and make sure the EQ is set to that level and not higher, otherwise you could clip the amps input.
