finkster Posted November 3, 2008 Author Report Posted November 3, 2008 OK well i have a pretty decent update i think...Im 2 and a half weeks in my real deal quest...I've been running 2.5 miles (half uphill half downhill) 5 days a week and still doing some wight training here and there...push ups and situps every morning and night... and heres where im at. and a little flex shot lol... I am hoping that another 3 weeks to a month will put me where i want to be...
