Memphis prd1000.1 good or bad

I've got a opportunity to buy two Memphis prd1000. 1 amps for 275 bucks. Are they worth it or are they junk

Power Reference (PR) is not their top line, but decent budget stuff. I sold Memphis for years and I'd put it alongside Rockford's Prime series, I guess, for comparison.

Both for $275? Used I assume? If they're in great condition that's a lot of power or the money. If they're beat talk them down some.
