keith
I also looked at the arc audio amp not enough power, unless it is very under rated 110 watts rms is respectable, but looking for more. The mosconi as 200.4 is the one that keeps crossing my mind. I also looked at the specs on the arc you suggested looks pretty good also.

If you are going for AB, the Crescendo and DC ones are nice!
gckless
Check out Gladen's amps too. They have a couple high power 2 channels, and a 250.4 as well. "Clipping" is the biggest forum boner now. It's like witchcraft... it automatically explains just about everything people don't understand. Team Bassick - Kimo
I run three arc 4200se too my front stage each one bridged just because it puts out more power than the 2300 does at 4 ohms stereo. They are way underrated in power and as you can imagine I have head room for days. You won't be disappointed in going with Arc but, you may consider doing two amps over one big four channel. Zapco and Mosconni make some nice amps as well. KIMO @teambassick http://www.teambassick.com
keith
i have decided to go with the as 200.4 by Mosconi power ratings are nice, and read some good reviews about them.
SQHemi
Check out the Arc Audio XDI 1200.6, it fits your budget coming in at 779 and is 6 channels of 150w. I realize you said you need 4 so you can bridge 3+4 and 5+6 for a 150w x 2 and 300x x 2 configuration. Small size, great quality, amazing crossover flexibility, and the headroom you desire. hard to go wrong....just my $.02 good luck on your quest. -Scott '07 SRT8 Charger - Team Hybrid Audio Technologies / Team ARC Audio '10,'11,'12 Meca California State Champion Modex '13,'14,'15 Meca California State Champion Extreme ''15 Meca World Champion Extreme Class '13,'15 Iasca National Champion Pro Class & Ultimate Class '12,'14 Iasca National Runner Up Pro Class http://www.Audiointensity.com
