System cutting out at full volume.

Will try that. It has happened this way with 3 different iPhones and 1 droid. Everything is fine when processor is hooked up to pc. As soon as we unplug the USB cable from the processor and run it like you were going to use it for daily use it start cutting out. Plug the usb cable back in and it's fine again

Well contacted Rockford yesterday about this. They returned with a message very quickly. Here was there reply:

"Thanks for contacting us. Based on the description of your problem it looks like the DC offset voltage is dropping too low on the high level inputs which is causing the unit to shut off. Try running a REM IN wire to the 3Sixty.3 and see what happens, if it works fine then we would suggest leaving the REM connected as the auto sense is not a good match with that factory system."

Got home from work and put a constant 12v to REM in and boom no more cutting out. Now I just have to run a switched source from somewhere to get this powered up correctly.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!

The 3sixty is supposed to auto sense from the factory head unit and turn on once it senses the HU is on. Then the 3sixty has remote out to power on the amps.
