afrakes Posted January 22, 2015 Report Posted January 22, 2015 And btw, the sa teamsub is rated at 5k. So to answer your question just based on that, assuming your electrical and voltage can back it up, yes you can put 5k on that sub daily. notorious97200 Posted January 22, 2015 Report Posted January 22, 2015 Is it serious ?OP is starting in this hobby : a good component set on a 2 channels amplifier (2 x 100 w rms @ 4 Ohms) , and a sub in a good custom box on a class D amp(1500-2000 w rms). You don't need anything more. You can get everything from Sundown if you want. The Team Sundown sub is a monster, as a starter you don't really need that. Get 2 Sundown SA12 D1 and you will be good to go ! If you have money, get a good group 34 battery for under hood and a group 31 for the rear, near the 2 amps. No need for HO alternator now. black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a sealed box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.
