RainStryke Posted January 22, 2015 Report Posted January 22, 2015 Need to know the amplifier, or amplifiers you plan on using.
Go-N-Def Posted January 22, 2015 Report Posted January 22, 2015 No amp. Yo dog i heard you like boxes. so i put a box inside a box so you can bass while you FAIL
d-nice88 Posted January 22, 2015 Author Report Posted January 22, 2015 I dont have a clue any suggestions on all of the above ?
RainStryke Posted January 22, 2015 Report Posted January 22, 2015 If you don't mind used, you can get a DC Audio 5K off the FS section here for about that price. Not really sure what OHM you want to run at. You could still get a good deal on a SoundQubed 3500 for $600 and run it at .5OHM and use the rest for maybe 1-2 more batteries.
d-nice88 Posted January 22, 2015 Author Report Posted January 22, 2015 Maybe just one d3100 ? And the sq amp?
nutella6996 Posted January 22, 2015 Report Posted January 22, 2015 i think 2 would be good and go with soundqubed 3500 -SPANKYWANKY
BigManAC Posted January 22, 2015 Report Posted January 22, 2015 There are lots of good amps out there that would push those subs just fine. Pick one you like and try it out. Personally I would look for one that would do 5-6k and most (if not all) of those have two sets of inputs. Look into DC, Sundown, American Bass, im not sure if Ampere has one in that range but look and im sure im forgetting some. Also, make sure you look at the lowest impedance rating. With those two subs you would either have to run them at 1 or .5 ohm. 2001 Saturn L200-Sony MEX-BT4100PFRONT STAGE:- (4) Crescendo PWX 6- Cadence XA250.2SUB STAGE:-Fi Audio BL 15 (Sealed Off)-Crescendo BC2kELECTRICAL:- Singer 240A alt - XS Power D3400- SkyHigh OFC power/speaker wire- Big 3 with SkyHigh 0gaugeBuild Log: Click HereScores: 146.5db @ 29hz Outlaw
