Tons of info to obtain here and people are going to ask you to be real specific on your wants and needs in your build. Even if its simple, small or on a budget. Do you plan to put the speakers in yourself? Have you thought about prepping the doors to make the speakers sound there best? Sound deadening? If you are you using a amp do you plan to use stock wiring or run new wires? If you plan to change HU out later might want to wait for speaker install then. ? Save you the cost of a LOC to run amp & speakers now. As for power, if you plan to run sub in the future and a mids & highs amp soon would it be best to run all power wires at once? A lot goes into even a small build, consider the stages you have to proceed in so your not going through the car repeatedly when you could do a few steps at once. Just a few things to think about. As for brands, run what you like but research well so you dont have regrets later. Good luck, Posting pics of interior and trunk helps people get an idea of what your working with.
