Service manual or specs for level/gain potentiometer in Hifonics amp.

Does anyone know where I could possibly find this info? My level adjust broke and when I turn it it does nothing. I was adjusting it the other day and the speakers popped a couple of times now I get almost no sound. I'm assuming that's the issue since it was working prior to adjusting it. Does anyone know the ohm rating on these things? Hifonics won't tell me anything, just tell me to send it to a repair place.

It's a Brutus BXI2010D 2000W. The setting go from .2v to 6v. My pre-amps are 2v out. Could i just solder in a resustor to achieve the 2v setting I want?
