Need amp for PWX 10

Need help on selecting a amp that is going to give me great power at a decent price. I have 4 10" crescendo pwx10 on my rear deck and 2 6" on front doors. So its a total of 6 speakers. I also have some tweeters but I already have a nice amp for those.

The crescendos 10" are 4ohms each and the front speakers are seleniums 8ohms.

Any really good amps for a decent price that will push these mids hard?

So one crescendo per channel and im done? As per the door speakers, guess ill have tofigure that out.

If I were to do it, I would get the 1100.4 and wire the 6s on the first two channels and then wire the 10s on the last two channels

So for the 10s, wire 2 of them in parallel then wire to amp on ch 3 and wire the next set the same then wire to ch 4 of the amp...so each 10s will see about 150 rms...

Are hifonics amp any good? I mean, ive had a few in the past for subs and had no problems and they did what they suppose to do.

specs are as followed:

Hifonics BRX1200 4

  • RMS Power Rating:
  • 4 ohms: 150 watts x 4 chan.
  • 2 ohms: 300 watts x 4 chan.
  • Bridged, 4 ohms: 600 watts x 2 chan.
  • Ultra-Fi MOSFETS Circuit maximizing power efficiency while improving sound quality
  • Wired remote bass level control available and sold separately (Hifonics HFR3)
  • LED power (green) and protect (red) indicators
  • Variable Bass Boost (0 to +10 dB bass boost)
  • Built-in system diagnostics
  • 4/3/2/1 Channel operation
  • Preamp RCA outputs to daisy chain multiple amps
  • 3-way protection circuitry (thermal, overload, and speaker short protection)
  • Heavy duty aluminum alloy heat-sink with illuminated Hifonics logo
  • Lighted connectors and blue wash of light from the underside of the heatsink
  • Input sensitivity:
  • Level: 200mV-6V
  • Variable high-pass filter (10-1,500 Hz)

no, don't do it. i once thought i could get away with running a hifonics amp on my mids and highs for cheap so i bought one. It sucked, i had a jbl amp that was rated half of the hifonics rms and it sounded louder and better, but its your money.
