Thinking about dropping my truck a little bit was looking at this kit http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts.aspx?cat...p;partid=594748 i would love to slam it but its my daily drive and i live in michigan and winters suck lol. but my question is it sayd shocks sold seperatly. do i need diffrent shocks? or will my stock ones work fine.... thanks alot

they more than likely want you to buy drop shocks, so they dont include any in the kit.

Stock shocks will do you fine. ;)

youll be fine with your stockies, if you go more than a 3 inch drop, id put some drop shocks on it

97 on back your gonna want to change your shocks for shorter ones after they blow out in the front. 98 on up you should be ok the only time you will have problems is if you abuse your truck causing the shocks to bottom out or extend all the way. You should be fine with that kit. It will get you down about as low as a stock s10 extreme.

Just so everyone knows, the S10 Extreme is 1.4 inches lower in the front, different coils, and 2 inches lower in the back, different leaf springs, than the stock ride height
