so you are running your door speakers off the headunit and the sub off an amp?

if that is true you are just going to have to set your gains at where you think you door speakers distort, or dd-1 the speaker outputs and use that as max volume.

Try putting the positive probe on the speaker-out negative. (If you haven't tried already)

Did you try this?
Scanned over that, but I got everything to work! Plugged in the negative RCA instead of positive and I got the lights. Head unit doesn't distort also :-)

the negative RCA ?... wtf does that mean ?
Uh, not quite sure, I checked to see if I put the RCA's in the wrong spot on the back of the h/u, but they're all in the correct place, so.

maybe you've got bad RCA's and you're not getting output on one side

Uh, not quite sure, I checked to see if I put the RCA's in the wrong spot on the back of the h/u, but they're all in the correct place, so.

The Crescendos and Tweets in the front are on a RF P400.4, back door speakers are off the h/u. Back speakers don't sound too great at all compared to how good the Crescendos do now.

he's probably got red and black color coding on the RCA's and assumes red is positive and black is negative...Idk..just a theory

Oh. I'm really not the dumbass I seem to be lol. But, to clear it up, the left was the one that gave me signal (black) right (red) did not.
