moredbs Posted March 23, 2015 Report Posted March 23, 2015 Just recently my dash lights have been acting crazy. They fade up and down, cut completely off,and when i mess with the dimmer switch they light back up. Its an 06 Chevy avalanche, and the pcm has been disconnected from the alternator. I'm running dual internally regulated, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Anyone ran into this problem or no whats going on?

ToNasty Posted March 23, 2015 Report Posted March 23, 2015 Might be a bad sensor. There's a sensor on the dash that detects light. I have a 07 Silverado classic ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers

TezasBassBox Posted March 24, 2015 Report Posted March 24, 2015 try covering the sensor with some black tape. Photo cells go bad over time like anything else. Subs don't hit when powered by cheap amps!
