Deeznutz
I recently sold my Pioneer AVH-3200DVD on Ebay on 3-8-15 This is the actual message I received back from the buyer on 3-15-15 This radio has no sound want some money off are a refund Now why would you ask for a parital refund if the radio does not work?? Has only one dealt with a buyer's remorse case where the buyer sends back a perfectly working item? The radio did work, as I have a video of it before it left, as well as a video of it working on arrival. I opened up an Ebay case so they can get involved. Any suggestions, or input, not insults would be greatly appreciated. -Frank
Deeznutz
I won the case. $140 richer and I have a working 3200 that I do not need. Time to relist again. -Frank
Broke_Audio_Addict
Guess people don't realize an eBay bid is a legally binding contract. I've went through the same thing. Personally I think it's something the person has got away with multiple times so they keep doing it and then they come along someone who keeps records and proof of condition so they can't pull the bullshit and then they learn or don't and move on to their next scam. They probably figure you win some you lose some right? That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
