Box design for 2 sundown sa 12s

I picked up 2 sundown sa 12s yesterday and they came in a prefab box. If it matters i mostly listen to rap and i have a hifonics brx 2000.1 running them. The area i have to work with is

Height. 15 1/2

Width. 36

Depth. 23 1/2

My trunk is bigger than this but the opening is small

Here is a suggestion, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 4 1/4", figure is just an assembly guide:

NOTE: If building outside you need to build a cardboard dummy box to test fit in it's way inside.

What size are the little corner pieces ?

Thank you. Do you know the exact measure ments of the 2 pieces in the port ? I had everything cut today besides those because i want it to be perfect

I can't know how you are going to smooth your front to back port walls, the best way to find out is to measure in the building process, the 45s need to be a size that will leave 1/2 of the port width to each side as the figure shows or the port will malfunction, if you can't do this accurately best is not to do these parts.
