drilling holes in basket

Recommended Posts

Im going to add more mount holes to my teams when i get em....

just watch out, you may roll the entire surround up when you drill. You ever drill something, and get your glove caught in the bit?

The surround is so stout ive seen more than a few people wind their surround up.............

other than that, just drill some holes.....

Im going to..

your looking to just make the holes you have larger, go in from the rear (yup), and use a step bit.....multi bit, spade bit, ... whatever you wanna call it....

again, just pay some attention, and dont roll/wind up your surround around the bit you chose.........

Unibit, Kyle?

But yeah. Also, if you're adding more holes around, do a pilot hole, with say 1/8". And go slow, so you don't crack the basket to be safe.
