jcarter1885 Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 Depends on budget and your taste/speaker preference. I have some SB Acoustics tweeters (SB29RDNC-C000-4) that make my FT1s look like shit, actually get words out of them and not have to cross them so high that mids start beaming. So honestly it depends as some people dont care about that stuff and just want loud regardless of sound. When it comes to PA mids, Im an Eminence and B&C. There are other brands such as Beyma, 18 Sound, Celestion, Faital Pro just to name a few. gckless Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 Nice build, I just bought a 2011 Impala. What dash kit did you use? I need one for a single DIN, but whatever manufacturer you went with should make one. I think I seen one from Metra? "Clipping" is the biggest forum boner now. It's like witchcraft... it automatically explains just about everything people don't understand. FknCrawler Posted August 24, 2015 Report Posted August 24, 2015 Build looks awesome! Get that thing completely sealed and it should sound better. 1992 Honda Civic CX Hatchback K24a2 Swap
Jordan Thurston Posted August 24, 2015 Author Report Posted August 24, 2015 Alright I think I'm going to go with either Dayton audio 6.5s for the midbass or prv audio 6.5 inch. Still not sure on what tweeters I'm gunna go with yet .
Jordan Thurston Posted August 24, 2015 Author Report Posted August 24, 2015 And also looking at soundqubed pro audio 6.5s for the kids think I may just swap out my Rockford fosgate 6.5s and put some mid range in the doors and just get some nice tweeters to go in the a pillers .
