Smokey619 Posted July 25, 2015 Report Posted July 25, 2015 Whats going on guys. I need some help on what type of glue or adhesive that I should use to re glue about 1/3 of the sub that I have. I have a Alpine Type R 10(SWR10D4) and recently it started to sound like it had a blown voice coil but I saw it close and it is that the cone became unglued from the surround at the center. Smokey619 Posted July 25, 2015 Author Report Posted July 25, 2015 Cool thanks, I went the Amazing goop route and it is perfect, it sticks like glue but can be scraped off like silicone if you get it on places that you dont want it. Now to wait 24 hours and see if it hold up.
