2 amps 3 subs

As was said, the signal to the coils has to be IDENTICAL. That doesn't mean just eyeball the gain to the same spot. Output power AND crossover points/slopes need to be metered.

And since nobody asked this, are all 3 woofers sharing a common airspace? If not, then each chamber needs to be identical as well.

Which version of the W6 are you running? Think they're only rated for 600WRMS a piece and you're looking to push more like 1000WRMS a piece, if the amp puts out anywhere near rated power (I've got no experience with it). Overpowering isn't a huge problem, but it's going to amplify all the pitfalls stated above.

Both voice coils on one sub don't really need to see the same power and they will not fight against each other multiple subs can fight against each other though.

I still would advise against doing this.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

if you run an electronic cross over then this would simplify the the setup but you would still need to make sure that the gains are matched...putting all the amps on basically full pass would make them the same CO points... but we all know not all electronics are exactly the same so even with this method you can still have problems. if the subs are in a shared chamber box then the speakers would share the same box rise.... this is just a version of running 2 amps on one sub... like steves ride.... 4 subs and 8 amps... but this is why he has the dd1 and cc1... I would hook up the amps in a strapped setup and see if protect goes on... maybe audiopipe does not know what strapping is... lol ... if you are dead set on going against what everyone says either dont ask the question or post how long you are able to run this setup before you smoke your subs... lol nothing wrong with proving people wrong but if they prove you wrong make sure you share your results
