I don't know the exact process but because of how strong the rules are for individuals to sell and trade. I can only imagine that to be a authorized dealer there either has to be a trust already with admins and the forum to that user, or very good credentials behind them and from the company they are a dealer with. Also, authorized dealers don't get any type of special discounts or anything, or than the ones they get from the company they are a dealer for. Which comes from that company, not being a authorized dealer.
