Fuel ignites 1 plug witch ignites 1 cylinder and becuase of each indivitual wieght the magnets start the propentional motion.(witch keeps everything going) LOL a natual man made gernarator. Know the head has valves in it to regulate the preasure coming out cylinder (and going into the cylinder on gasoline engines) witch is all controlled by the timing chain that is connected to the rod that controls the cylinders.( oh yeah the cams.DUH.) To go any deeper into to this idea we would need a mathmatician. And we will need more than just a head and brakes to slow it down. You are probbly right that why its not here in production, but look at a stator in a Kawaski Mojave 250 engine and what it does.You only use the battery in most 4 strokes to start them and run lights.
