wL<3bass Posted April 25, 2008 Report Share Posted April 25, 2008 LOL, 9's are not bad, and .22s are fun, and definitely cheap to shoot. Many have died from .22 gunshot wounds, as have 9's. But .. there are still jokes for the people who prefer bigger calibers than 9's, that a "9 just pisses people off." Indeed, it does do its share of damage, and has its place, such as home defense and concealed carry, but the joke is still quiet funny. If you really want to get uptight though and want to stop someone in their tracks, use a shotgun and place the shot correctly. Then you have the upside in both areas: Bullet damage and the shooters ability to hit their mark. A Benelli M4's a great home defense weapon and recreational shooters gun. Load it up with beanbags and the offender will surely be at their knees -- literally! Just get a .50 that'll bring them to there knees permanently, but 9mm are cheap to shoot, comon caliber, and great for defense/home protection.
