bmwking
I seen a dude bumping an American Bass Phantom 4000 amp. It was pounding! Its small and on the cheaper side. Have a look.. http://www.amazon.com/American-Bass-Amplifier-Phantom-Micro-Technology/dp/B0096BAS10/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1444615129&sr=8-1&keywords=american+bass+phantom Is this what you guys would call 'junk?' I have one of these pushing 4 type r 12s at 2ohms in a sealed box. It is quite surprising. now however, i want a 2nd one so i can run both at 1ohm. I recommend this amp highly, even tho im new here and im sure my opinion doesnt really matter.

That's a 2K @ 1OHM amplifier... and American Bass rates their amps @ 16v... so it's not like you are getting a steal. This thread is about getting a 2.4K @ 2OHM. FourRings
OP I'd HIGHLY recomend buying a decent proven amp that is strappable.Run it for a while, upgrade your eletrical and then strap it and go to town later on
Miguels
Kicker does 2500 at 2 ohms. It will be cheaper buying a kicker I believe the Saz3500 does 2400 at 2ohms. It's rated at 2000 but it should do more my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
