Broke_Audio_Addict Posted September 2, 2015 Report Share Posted September 2, 2015 If you're lucky and catch a great deal on a used amp it will still be over $500. 2400 watts at 2 ohm doesn't come cheap, you basically need a legit 5k plus @ 1 ohm amp to get that power at 2 ohm. What are you trying to power with the amp? You could probably do two 1k at 1 ohm amps cheaper than 1 2.4k at 2 ohm. The Rockford t2500 bdcp would do the trick too but those are all expensive amps.
