I'd be happy with what you are seeing from yours, just hook up and listen to it already lol. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Crap I thought it was as claimed because it was definitely louder when I had in my S10. The only thing with this head unit is that it stops at 38, and I always played it at 32-34. The volume goes up exponentially and I hated when people would turn up my radio.lol. Maybe the gains on the amps were set too high. I know more about car audio now.
