MotorCityFats13 Posted October 31, 2015 Report Share Posted October 31, 2015 plugging different values into torres calc.... if the 1.5cuft net is without port volume it is a 51.54hz tune if it does not include port volume then port volume is 0.69cuft added for a gross of 2.19cuft and a tuning of 37.87 neither of these figures include speaker displacement which in turn will raise the tuning a tad .... with a .15cuft displacement 12" the values would be around 40hz and 57hz.... I do not know the math to figuring out these equations just the programs that do it for you.... i would guess that the box you question about is the 40hz enclosure Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
