I have read on the sundown site that 32hz is recommended but I have had someone tell me to tune it at 35hz. The x18's will be in my Tahoe.

Generally speaking, tuning anywhere in the low 30s should work well, a few hz one way or another won't make much difference. khinds94 Posted November 22, 2015 Report Posted November 22, 2015 Mine tuned at 28 hz in sedan peaks nicely at 35 hz for the music i listen to. In a tahoe I would tune a little bit higher because the cars res freq is lower.
