x2. The vehicle and setup can determine everything as to who is actually louder though. I'd go ahead and get the 'challenge' over with so there's as little tension as possible. I prefer ported generally, so you might want to try it.

mojo's are nice...i've seen a 12" hit 147 db's in a somewhat temporary setup. ANY brand of sub will sound bad if not in the right enclosure. going ported will also be louder for you.

just race him. if you win, yay for you. if he wins, yay for him. get back to work, redo some things, and come back at him if you want.

x2 on the cars also. like trunk cars vs hatchbacks

alright, thanks for all the replys guys, yea sorry about the topic title Expo but yea ive got a few friends of mine that own their own shop and they have a TermLab and i figured we'd just meter both vehicles and see whats up....yall got any other suggestions?!
