Pioneer TS-W311D4 Enclosures Update 12/24/15

Update going with a 6 cubic foot box ported at 40Hz.

Red line is the 3 TS-W311D4 at 40Hz @ -3db is 30Hz peak is at 60Hz @7.2db

Green line is 2 Fosgate RFR 2215 at 35Hz -3db @ 35.2Hz peak is at 55.3Hz @3.1db ( Reference )

This box should be good for all music and still get good low end. If you think I am wrong let me know.

Take a look at the excursion plot, also that high tuning may not be best for rap and such.

i dont care at all about plots , programs and stuff like that, i can tell you this, i`ve tested all the cheap pioneer versions A LOT, the new 311 is definitely weak , coils suck ass lol, but, they do get loud as hell, for 3 12s i would do 6 c/f and 3 4" aeros or a single 7" aero, subs up/port side should do the job

I'm not looking for high spl just a crowd pleasing I had my contest days. This is my daily driver that I'm putting them in with 1k of power to them so no worry of baking the voice coils. For the ports I'm going with two slot ports 13.5 X 3 with a round over on the ends.
