there are many ways to complete the wiring as long as the DMM backs up what you did...when I look at your diagram it makes me think the curcuit is not getting completed... .but point bieng this will probably smoke your amp because you will be well under .8 when you are done

Yes. You can do that. It's the same thing. His just has the connection going out a little further than yours shows

Ok cool. I will have to play with the subs when they arrive and find the best coil configuration. If nees be i can wire each bank to 1.6 ohm the bring the final load up

if you wire each bank to 1.6 then the last connection will be parallel instead of series ending in a final of .8 ohm.... there may be many ways of wiring them but the end outcome will be the same
