Ok here is my problem i have 6 kicker cvr 12s in a box tuned at 27hz. I had the box in my 03 tahoe with subs and port facing up andit slammed took it out and put it in my 07 suburban the same way and it catches all the low end bass but sounds like ass on high end bass. All the subs were checked to make sure they arent blowed. should the box be flipped to face the rear? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Can you show the box that your using, you might need to make a new one but we need to know what we can work with. Measure your rear

Does this smell funny to you? Its your sister :roflmao:

I have a fusion and I've always found facing my sub port towards the rear has been the best sounding. I don't understand the difference in where it faces but facing it towards the front it also sounds like ass

General rule of thumb with any hatch or SUV is subs up, port back for the best sound. If your port fires the same way your subs face i would just face everything to the rear and call it good, unless you're willing to build/buy a new box.
