Tech11 Posted January 25, 2016 Report Posted January 25, 2016 Hey guys need some help here's what I'm running Hds315 Hifonics Brutus 1200.1 D 1 xs power d 1200 0 gauge from front to rear batt and power from there to amp etc. So my problem is I can bump for a little bit then it almost seems as the rear battery dies. The sub will get quiet and start distorting like hell. Then after a little bit I can turn it up again and it's good for another 5 mins. The sub is broke in never had any problems like this before I just installed the second battery then started having problems I don't know if this is a coincidence or what Thanks for any help guys !
bluethunder Posted January 25, 2016 Report Posted January 25, 2016 Is the fuse good between the rear and back batteries? Also have you actually checked the actual voltage at the rear battery?
Tech11 Posted January 25, 2016 Author Report Posted January 25, 2016 Fuse is good And I haven't yet I'm going to stop after work today and have it checked at local parts store to make sure the xs batt is still good (it should be ). And see if they have a meter I can use
