Help with Subwoofer Placement

Hello guys, I designed this enclosure for two SA 8v3. I did it with torres calculator. My question is where should i place the subs, close to the port or far to the left? Does it matters at all?

I think that will be a good place for them (close to the port), as some have issues with the sub furthest from the port wall unloading before the other sub. It doesn't always happen, but it's a possibility (especially when playing below tuning).

oh alright, that was my concern , you think would be best to put the port in the middle? like the one you have on the picture, but both in same chamber, not a wall in the middle

I wouldn't worry about it unless you play music that goes below tuning. I think the sub placement how you have pictured in your first post is just fine, unless the subs not being centered bothers you. In which case, go ahead and center them, and don't fret about the unloading. If you hear it unloading, turn the volume down till it stops. No sense in redesigning for a center port if you have one you like.

No problem. This is my current enclosure tuned to 28hz

No issues with unloading even playing down to 22hz full tilt, unless I have the windows rolled down. In which case everything below 30 will unload

why? It is just a matter personal preference after all, in my case it will save space that if i go individual chambers

Nice design, good to know that you aren't having issues with unloading. Mine will be at 35Hz. any difference on facing subs up and port forward liker yours from the one i have?

if one sub has issues and say blows then the other sub is still in its recommended volume and tune.... the box is bigger but its more safe and it takes me less thought to design and tweek....ive never had much luck with port area with enclosures with more than 2 subs so I stick with divided chambers with square ports over slot ports
