I will have to do the headphone jack rca test to bypass. I tested at volts at the rcas and got between 0-0.02v. Both cables. Stock head unit. 3vil Posted March 27, 2016 Report Share Posted March 27, 2016 So with your headunit at max clean volume you're only seeing 0.02v at the rca's? Sounds like the deck has issues. Get a helper and do a sweep, start at volume 0 and have your helper increase the volume slowly as you read the voltage. It should steadily increase. What about the voltage on the front and rear outs?
