aBav20 Posted April 1, 2016 Report Share Posted April 1, 2016 I am planning to upgrade my amp from a Hifonics BEX1750.1D to a Kicker CXA1200.1D I am pushing a SoundQubed HDS312 in a ported SPL enclosure tuned to 43 hz. The kicker amp has a built in SSF set to 25 hz. Is that too low for a box tuned to 43 hz? I'm just concerned the sub may unload too far and bottom out. Smoove Posted April 2, 2016 Report Share Posted April 2, 2016 I'm guessing 33hz is where your infrasonic filter should be if your tuned that high.
