Was planning to use 2 8" aeros in 9.5 cuft box but wanna double check with others so all my calculations are right when taking out the displacements for my box. Will be powered by a 1500.1 Any thoughts on what size aeros to run????

If you ever wanted to run a LOT more power, you might want bigger ports, but even at 2500 watts you should be fine with what you have planned. Any more power than that would probably be too much for those subs anyway.
