Need enclosure design for Sundown NSv3 12"

Hey guys, I'm looking for an enclosure design for a single 12" Sundown Audio NSv3 12" subwoofer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I see 'Joe X' being pretty active in this department so maybe he'll chime in!

Preferred design - Subwoofer up, port back (slot port)

Material thickness - 3/4" MDF

Preferred external width - 21"

Preferred external depth - 28" or less (leaves me with 5" of space between the sub and tailgate or more space if less than 28")

External height - doesn't matter

Preferred tuning - 30hz or make a suggestion?

How much power are you running and what vehicle is this going in?

Vehicle is a 2006 Acura MDX - reason I want the enclosure in the dimensions I specified is because eventually I'll be getting a second one and I want them in separate enclosures so it's easier to remove myself since I actually use my cargo space at times. Thanks for your reply!

I'll be running a Rockford Fosgate T2500-1bdcp

I should also add the I plan on buying the dual 1 ohm voice coil model and running it at 2 ohm's.

Here is a suggestion, power: to sub rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 3", figure is just an assembly guide:

NOTE: If building outside you need to build a cardboard dummy box to test fit in it's way inside.

What diameter are the rounded dowel supports? Don't want to throw off the box volume.

Those are 1 1/4" diameter.
