looking for some help with enclosure for 2 Alpine type x 12"

I have come here several times over the years for help with enclosures. The programs are a bit complicated for me so I tend to use the RE Audio calculator but that will not work with this enclosure as I am wanting to run it subs facing up and ports to the side.

It is for 2 Alpine Type X 12s going in an extended cab 2001 Silverado max dimensions are 45wx15dx15h and the width is my variable I can go as wide as 50" but would like to keep it 40"45" if possible. I think woofers up ports to the side would perform best. As far as tuning I normally do high 20s but I think I want to tune to spec with these.

Looking for help with the design of the enclosure and also any advice from those who have owned these subs before on what tuning sounded best (low vs. high) or any advice about these subs really.

So here is a suggestion, let me know if changes to max dims were suitable, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, figure is just an assembly guide:

Those dimensions will do fine I can make that work for sure! I really appreciate the help. I will get the wood cut tomorrow and get started on assembly... Thanks!

Switched subs before I got around to doing the box, will this enclosure work well for 2 DC lvl 3 m2 12 D1?
